Two terraced houses, completely renovated

Two terraced houses, completely renovated

Location: Walferdange

Client: Private

Year: 2026

Project manager: Janine Spreitzer

Description:

Two neighbouring terraced houses in Walferdange were completely renovated by François Kieffer Sàrl — from the building fabric to the last detail. Both houses were given open-plan kitchen-living areas, high-quality bathrooms and a well-thought-out spatial concept that combines original character with modern comfort. The interior work is complete; the outdoor areas are currently being finished.
