Description: When he bought the detached house, our client already knew that part of it would need renewing. Some rooms were still in perfect condition and were left out of the partial renovation. The entrance and the adjoining living room were given a new screed and a timeless, easy-care tiled floor. Some of the dated radiators in the living room were replaced by new, modern panel radiators. The upstairs bathroom was turned into a comfortable family bathroom with shower and bath. To fit a suitably large shower, the door was moved a few centimetres. The double washbasin with a spacious vanity unit lets several family members use the bathroom at the same time.

The layout of the ground-floor guest WC could not be changed, but it was to become a “showpiece” of the house. A truly stylish, simple choice of sanitary ware achieved this, and the colour contrast between wall and floor tiles rounds it all off harmoniously.
