- Energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope: roof with over-rafter insulation / standing-seam aluminium, façade insulation with sustainable materials, all windows and external doors renewed.
- Extension of the house with a metal balcony and spiral staircase leading to the garden
- All drywall, plastering, tiling, painting, joinery and metalwork
