Before something exceptional can be built, space has to be made. In Brameschhof, Kehlen, our team carried out the complete strip-out and structural gutting of an existing building — partition walls, sanitary installations, insulation and non-load-bearing elements were removed to clear the way for a completely new villa built by François Kieffer Sàrl. This project shows our approach: precision, safety and forward planning from the very first phase, so that every subsequent stage fits together smoothly.
